有时面试中招聘者会提问面试者有关工作目的的问题,目的就是知道面试者做事的风格,与面试者对这份工作的怎么看。当然因为面试者还不是非常知道自己所面试的工作,在回答问题时并不肯定面面俱到,由于在实质当中会碰到自己计划中所没考虑到的问题,所以大致说明我们的计划目的就好了。

在回答How long will you stay with us?这个问题时,特别应该注意,不要用明确的时间定义来回答我将在贵公司呆多长时间。由于不管如何回答,都会招致主考官进一步询问为何?所以最保险的回答方法就是How long I will stay with the company depends on whether the company and I are satisfied with each other.
